Reservation Policy
To change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by 2 days prior to booking.
- Please give us a call when you are being late for more than 10 minutes.
- Please understand when you are late more than 15 minutes from your appointment time, it may result in shortened service time or being rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by any of the following methods.

Online booking: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment in your Fresha account by yourself.
Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours prior to the reserved date and time are free of charge.
If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Redo Policy
If you are unhappy with our service and need a fix, please contact us ASAP.
We will offer to fix as much as we can.
Any inquiries after 5days from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.
