If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by any of the following methods.
If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
